We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Human Resources Manager to join our project team on a major Road Construction project on the Mid North NSW Coast. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the following:

• Initiate best practice human resource initiatives
• Ensure compliance in relation to legislation and corporate responsibility
• Produce, implement and review the human resources plan for the project
• Drive the long term human resource capability for the project
• Communicate and influence at all levels
• Lead and develop an effective and productive team
• Drive a culture of "safety and health above all else"

The key to this role is the ability to develop relationships with key project partners, operate at a high level of efficiency and work collaboratively with all team members.
